Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to every order placed through the My Seef webshop and to every agreement between you and My Seef B.V. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to the offer in our webshop and to all distance contracts arising from it. Deviating agreements only apply if we have confirmed them in writing.

4. The agreement

The agreement is formed the moment you complete your order and we confirm it by email. We may refuse an order or request additional information where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

5. Payment

Payment is made through our secure payment environment using the payment methods offered there. Payment is processed at the time of ordering, unless stated otherwise (for example, for a pre-order).

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. My Seef additionally offers a 30-day reflection period. Details on how to withdraw, under what conditions, and how refunds work are available on our returns page, or by emailing support@my-seef.com.

8. Warranty and conformity

You always have the statutory warranty: the product must meet what you may reasonably expect of it. My Seef additionally provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidents or normal wear, nor replaceable parts such as the battery.

9. Important: using the pendant

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to what is set out in these terms and to what mandatory law permits. We are not liable for damage arising from the pendant, the app or a connection not functioning, or not functioning correctly, except to the extent such damage results from intent or gross negligence on our part. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

11. Complaints and disputes

Have a complaint? Let us know at support@my-seef.com and we'll work with you to find a solution. These terms are governed by Dutch law. You may also submit a dispute via the European ODR platform.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Your order is governed by the terms that were in effect at the time you placed it.
